Jul 15, 2008 · Best Answer: Yes most certainly you can get pregnant while having cysts. It is very normal to have pain, sometimes severe, while ovulating when you have a cyst. Of course pain (especially severe) could also signal that a cyst is rupturing.
Cysts are better to be treated before getting pregnant, but this does not imply you will have to have them surgically removed. Surgery is not good for your fertility, especially if the entire ovary is removed.
If you have concerns about becoming pregnant while having a cyst then get it removed before trying again. I wouldn`t want anyone going through what me and my partner went through. I am having the operation next month and the gynae said there will be a better chance of conception.
