Some teens have sex. Sex can cause problems. Many parents hope that their teens will wait to have sex until a certain milestone is reached. It might be an age, it might be a type of relationship, or it might be marriage, or it might be a combination of factors. We know that some teens do wait for these situations, and some do not.
