If you have difficulty deciding which size to purchase, please measure an uniform that fits you well and compare against this chart provided. Please note that all new cotton uniforms will shrink at least one to two inches after the first wash.

I ordered a Gi size 5 to do Karate, Jiujitsu and eventually some judo. I was worried about how the gi would fit me, mainly because I fall between the 4 and 5 sizes in chart. I just received and try it on.
