Hi. I have the same situation. We are trying to conceive, and so I did notice the symptoms. I really thought I was pregnant, but then got my period a few days later than usual (started with spotting, but turned into a regular period).
well since a period is mentstration and you dont menstrate when pregnant, you CANNOT.. i reapeat CANNOT have a "period" pregnant. you can have bleeding and misinterpriate it as a period.. but when i had bleeding while i was pregnant, it was nothing like period it was brown and shit.

The differences between menstruation and being pregnant are supposed to be clear-cut: Once you’re pregnant, you don’t get periods anymore. Unfortunately, it isn’t always so obvious.

Apr 19, 2006 · Best Answer: It could happen, just take a pregnancy test to see. That is the only way to know for sure. Or a blood test at the doctor. My wife was able to convince herself she was pregnant back when we were trying, and she could get all the same symptoms, but after several negative pregnancy tests they would all go away.
