Asian Festival Eugene

The mission of the Asian American Council of Oregon is to create opportunities which foster friendship and harmonious relations among all people by presenting events and activities that will stimulate a better understanding of Asian and Asian-American cultures.

Festivals in Eugene celebrate the area’s rich natural beauty and the contributions made by diverse cultures as well. The Mount Pisgah Arboretum’s Wildflower and Mushroom Festivals are a spring event not to be missed, while the Eugene Asian, Irish, and Scottish Festivals highlight contributions made by settlers in Oregon.

Experience the sights, sounds and aromas of more than a dozen Asian cultures. Two full days of nonstop entertainment, music, crafts, cooking and martial arts demonstrations, fine art exhibit, ren’s activities, vendor marketplace and Asian food.

The Asian Celebration was the first place to show these important photographs – and now they have been shown all around Oregon! Melissa Nolledo and her family have been involved with the Asian Celebration for many years and we appreciate being the first site to host this new exhibit.
